Email is the way to reach the person who runs this site.
Write to [email protected]. Use this for a broken page, an account you want deleted, a payment that did not open the life you bought, or a memorial you want taken down.
For a refund inside 30 days of payment, include the email you paid with, the approximate date, and the plan (just this life, Keeper, or Unlimited). If you still have the pass on this device, include the refund code from the refund screen. The rule is in the Terms.
What we cannot see
A life that only exists in this browser is not on our server. If it disappeared after you cleared site data or switched phones, email cannot restore it. Lives you paid to keep, and memorials that are still inside their free days, are the ones we can look up.
